Manali

Manali is located in India’s northern state Himachal Pradesh. Manali is a most beautiful destination in India. It is located on the banks of the beas river. It is a most beautiful hill station. Here you can enjoy many adventure activities. you can enjoy trekking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, and skiing. There are many places to explore on this beautiful station. Manali attracts tourist from all over the world.

1.Hadimba Temple:- It is a most popular religious temple in Manali. It was constructed in 1553. This temple is dedicated to Hadimba- The wife of Pandu son Bhima. The main attraction of this temple is that it is located in Dhungri forest and covered by pine trees. It is also famous for its unique architecture. In this temple, there are 24 meters tall Shikhar at its height. There are also other monuments near this temple in honour of the child of Bhima and Hadimba, Ghatotkacha.

2.Vashisht Hot Water Springs:- It is a beautiful natural wonder temple. It is about 3 km away from Manali. This is famous for its natural hot water spring. This temple is dedicated to sage vashisht. These water springs are sulphur springs which spout hot water all year long. In this temple, water can cure a number of skin infections because in this water medicinal properties. This is also famous for twin temple of Lord Rama and Bashisht Rishi.

3.Rohtang Pass:- It is one of the most exciting tourist places. It is one of the highest passes in the region. It is a natural divide between the valleys of Kullu and mountains of Lahaul and spiti. It attracts tourist with beautiful views and fresh snow.Here you can enjoy adventure activities such as skiing, skating, paragliding, snow scooter and more. Best time to visit Rohtang pass is in Summer. In winter there is a thick layer of snow cover. The Name Of Rohtang pass translates to mean ‘The Ground of Corpses’. So do not take the risk and enjoy carefully.

4.Solang Valley:- It is known as the Hub of Adventure Sports. It lies between the famous Beas Kund and Solang Village. It is a different tourist place in Manali. It is a favorite destination for honeymoon in India. Solang Valley name derives from two words Solang(the nearby village) and Nullah(Water stream).It is situated at a distance of 13 km from Manali. This place offers you a beautiful view of snow and adventure activities, where you can enjoy Parachuting, Zorbing, Paragliding and horse riding.

5.Arjun Gufa:- It is located near prini village about 5 km from Manali. It is the place where the Pandava Arjuna medicated to earn the powers of Pashupati Astra from Lord Indra.It is famous for natural rock formation and beauty. Near Arjun Gufa You can also Visit the Kunt Bhayo Lake and the Kunto Matha Temple. Arjun Gufa will give you a calmness, Serenity, and Solitude away from the crowds at Manali.
